Where do I log in to EZ Cloud?

The EZ Cloud application is hosted at app.ezcloud.ai. Most enterprise customers sign in via SAML SSO at [your-subdomain].ezcloud.ai — your admin can share the direct link.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Go to app.ezcloud.ai and click Forgot password on the sign-in screen. A reset link will be sent to the email on file. If you no longer have access to that inbox, contact your EZ Cloud admin or email [email protected].

I'm an admin — how do I add a new user?

Admins can invite users from Settings → Users inside the app. New users receive an email with a first-login link. For enterprise SSO (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace), see the enterprise user management guide.

Do you support SSO (Single Sign-On)?

Yes — EZ Cloud supports SAML 2.0 and OIDC SSO with Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and other major identity providers. SSO is included in our enterprise plan. Contact your account team to enable it.

I'm new to EZ Cloud. How do I access the app?

You should have received an email invitation from your EZ Cloud admin with a first-login link. If you haven't, check your spam folder and then contact your AP team lead. First-time users can also review the getting-started guide.

    Still can't sign in?

Our support team is available Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm ET. Email [email protected] or call +1 856-834-5080.
